Other payment problems with Clixgalore

Hi all,
For the first time with Clixgalore, I have not received my December commission payment for money earned in November. About $245 as well.....which is a sizeable amount for me. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or if there is something wrong with my account. I have sent them two emails and had no response. I tried to call this morning also to no avail, I don't even know if the number on the website is correct because the answering machine message gave no indication that I have called Clixgalore. So now I am not sure where to go from here, because if I don't receive my payment I need to make a formal complaint, but I am not sure who I need to complain to. Can anyone please advise.

It just occurred to me that I haven't received my payment due from November 1st either.
I should keep a closer eye on these things.

I should shoot them off an email too, not sure who to complain to, but I'll see what others have to advise.
