Question A Question about the stats report on dgm

I apologise in advance if the answer to this question is written on the dgmpro site somewhere but I looked and couldn't find it.

What I wanted to know is when you make a sale does it show up immediately on the stats or on the following day? I know the reports only reflect stats up until the previous day, but I am specifically referring to the stats that appear on the home page when you login into dgmpro because I'm not sure if this reflects that stats are 10 hours behind of if this is just a reflection of the time difference between us an Greenwich Mean Time?

Thank you

Deb

Hi Deb,

It depends on the campaign as some are tracked differently (you have no idea the issues we sometimes have to fight with some clients! ) but generally they're pretty quick - the sales list report is the fastest and usually within 30 mins. Impressions and clicks sometimes take up to 24 hours. You're right - the GMT thing affects matters, sometimes. However some are weekly or monthly if third party tracked.

Does that help? Let me know if it doesn't. Basically, give it 30 mins, and then a bit more if you're worried.

Hi Gav

You have answered my question - thank you for clearing that one up for me because I wasn't sure how it all worked on dgm and GMT creates a bit of confusion (well it did for me anyway).

Thanks again.
