Default Thanks to everyone for the SEO Advice its a winner!

I have been absent for quite a while because I asked a simple question about content rich websites and search optimisation.

The information provided has sent me on a 2 month discovery process and I have learnt LOADS.

Just wanted to say Thanks for everything to the people that responded.

3 TIPS I would never ever have found out:

1. I have been using WORDPRESS to build sites, I have found because it is a trusted framework, I just plug in the sitemap, SEO Plug-ins and BAM ranked within a day or 2. Tried 7 different builders as a TEST and the wordpress sites just killed it. Also a Monkey straight from the jungle can use it.

2. Put your Keyword in the first 5 Words of your Page. make sure it is in all these places.
Meta tag
Title of Page
First in Body copy
Link from the keyword text directly to target site.
Make sure the page you are linking to has the same keyword.

3. A simple??? Plan to get ranked at Google fast(er):

Buy The domain (Keyword inside)
Set Up wordpress (Easily Done in a day, faster as you get better)
Use an adsense theme.
Put on adsense and analytics.
Install these plug-ins. (Askimet, sitemap xml, tweet this,)
Set Up Twitter page same name.
Build 1 page and 3 Posts all attacking the same keyword that is in Domain name.
USE Google webmaster tools to submit site, submit site map.
Go to adwords and start campaign same keyword 1 dollar a day 6 cents a click. Run for 2 weeks. (Never spent my full dollar in a day)
Submit to Yahoo, Bing.
Advertisement on cracker, gumtree, comeonaussie, hotfrog.
keep Posting Using The Keyword as base and expand the Tails.
Example. Money, then make money, then make money at home, then make money at home fast, etc etc (You get it)
DONE!

Takes a day maybe 2 But I have had Traffic from natural search within a day and it stays consistant.
It Builds I have found as long as you update the site with a new post everyday for a month at least.

I have One site that is 6 weeks old, I post 1 time a week after the one a day for a month, and it gets 100-150 hits a day. Spiked at 326. 80% Google natural.
Generates about $200 a week in affiliate sales.

Anyway it looks so simple but it is NOT,
Thankyou again to the advice givers, I just can't say how happy I am to taste some success at cracking the search engines somewhat.

Hope that makes sense It does to me anyway.

THANKYOU Once again.

(This post is also on my blog as a public thanks)

Google tends to look poorly on sites monetised by adsense that pull traffic through adwords.
I would expect you will lose your adsense account (permanent ban) within a few months if you continue - sorry to be the bearer of bad news

That is why I suggest a small campaighn for a short period, I agree that google dump you if you buy your traffic 100%, but it seems to me that it just give you a small boost when you launch.

No where do I suggest using adwords as your traffic source forever, Just at the start. I have found it useful for launching sites.

You still need to do all the things you normaly do, I have just had success with that method LAUNCHING sites.

I Just find that if you combine as many google tools at launch as you can google seem to like it.

As with all SEO this is my Opinion Only through trial error.

Whether it helps gt your traffic started or not is a moot point.
Advertising a site with Adwords, when you monetize it with Adsense is arbitrage, which Google likes to scream bloody murder over and will happily ban you from both Adwords and Adsense if they think you're doing it.
You're better off advertising on other sources such as Facebook, Yahoo and Bing, and monetizing via Adsense if you're intending on using PPC ads to monetize... which is, honestly, pissing away dollars for a few cents as you're sending traffic off your site where as you should be attempting to squeeze them into purchasing some crappy product directly from your own links.
