Welcome Matt.

It is pretty much the same here as over there although you have more of it. Although this is your first post, I can't stop myself from commenting on "exploit for financial gain".

Since you are posting here, I guess that means you are looking for "greener pastures". I think your best opportunities will always be closer to home because your on-the-ground knowledge is an asset.

I think that if you thoughtfully reconsidered your approach you would be so busy locally you would not have time to look elsewhere.
