Harsh, but you're entitled to your view!

Have a look at things I've posted - and feel free to drop me a line (as I've said many times on this here forum).

It sounds like Oz needs some UK/Euro/USA imports then to get things going!

In answer to the question: I manage the programs for Mecca and Blue Square in the UK.

Cheers

"8 ex-UK affiliate AM's working in Australia"

I guess that is because they have not yet figured out that "centrelink" = "gyro"

I would like to see all AM in Aust provide their instant messenger/skype contact details.

This is very common practice overseas.

Do Australian AMs not do that as standard? Interesting

I am fortunate enough that one contact in one network does. This works very well both ways.

As an affiliate manager you have to make yourself available so providing MSN contacts seems an obvious one yes.

Also I am sure Australia is a good refuge for any ex-UK affiliate managers!

check out the major poker sites like stars etc, most of them have aussie am's , im sure theres stuff opening up with our books also, as some of our laws have changed slightly which would lead to better service levels being required across the board...top and tail, is you're in a niche that does well here.

cheers

I'm pretty sure poker stars run a lot of their customer support out of Sydney, may explain the aussie AMs
