My money's on this going to an international designer, who will return something in green and yellow with a kangaroo on it.

I actually don't see what's wrong with using the kangaroo. It's instantly recognisable all over the world as something that's uniquely Australian. If they want to make it a bit more artistic and funky, that's another thing entirely, but Australia is a unique place, represented by a unique animal.

Something as simple as "Like nowhere else" really does cover our country quite well, and is just as ambiguous at "100% pure"... Come to think of it, Simon Crean's office is a 20 minute drive from my current digs. I might go have a word.
