Default Internet Marketing Sucks For Some

One of the things that has kept me from looking into whether Internet Marketing is it looked like chain letters in another form or a sophisticated form of pyramid selling.

There are certain operators who are only flogging whatever new slant on how to be a successful Internet Marketer without selling anything other than how to be an Internet Marketer.

This type of selling is highly dependent upon newbies coming on board and buying up big until they burn out or run out of cash. Consequently, they leave disillusioned.

Gerry Harvey (Harvey Norman) once said there was no money to be made selling on the internet. It was just a fictitious paper trail; a virtual world that didn't provide anything of real value.

Dell computers have found they are making more profitable sales over the internet because they do not require the staff or retail outlets to do the same volume in the real world.

Many more goods are being sold over the Internet as people are becoming accustomed to buying online and fears of credit card fraud and privacy issues are abating.

As a newbie (not even three months old, really), I have come to realise that there is plenty of avenues to make a good income on the internet. However, if a person is going to survive and not be gutted financially by the crooks, then they need somebody who is ethical to show them the way.

Just today I got a phone call from an American shark who was telling me that I needed him to mentor me. He had gotten my phone number from a particular program I had joined. After 10 minutes I found out where he had got my number. His going price was $US10,000 to show me the ropes as a newbie.

There are other programs and coaches who are willing to show people the ropes for whatever money they are prepared to spend or can suck out of the unsuspecting newbies.

I don't mind paying for something because I know ignorance can cost people more. When the HappyRichesClub is launched, I will be looking at helping newbies and showing them the ropes for a lot less than what many people are trying to extort out of them at present.

Interesting post...but it doesn't leave much room for people to reply to.
You don't really need a specific 'trainer' or 'mentor'. Just read the latest and up-to-date ebooks and internet marketing forums to learn the ropes.

I've seen some people clear 10k a month just from freebies & 3rd tier referrals. It all depends what works for you, I couldn't bear sitting doing that all day, I prefer to think outside the box & come up with different ways to do things.

IMO in AM you have 2 types of people, those that innovate & those that copy the innovators. The former will almost always outdo the latter.
