Problem with Clixgalore payment - can anyone help?

Hi all,
I am a newbie here, it is great to see a forum dedicated to affiliate marketing.
I was wondering what the deal is with getting paid by ClixGalore. My balance was well over $100 at the start of this month, and my affiliate program says that my payment is being processed. Problem is, it has said that for 14 days now.....and I still haven't received the money. I have tried emailing 3 times....no response. I left a message on their answering machine.....no response. Can anyone advise me on when i should expect this payment. I am starting to wonder if Clixgalore are a bit dodgy.

Clixgalore processes payments on the first of each month - payment is usually about the third week of the month. DGM payments (for month prior) arrive a few days later. Both networks are reliable and regular payers. Processing your account for payment and money popping into your bank account are not the same thing in any business.

All the AU networks will have been busy at adtech in Sydney this week.

Thank you for the response. This is all I wanted to know. I wasn't sure if there was a problem with my account and I was very unhappy with the customer service at ClixGalore, but they have gotten back to me now.
